Many have asked why is working forever in the S Quadrant a problem. I didn’t say it was a problem I said it was where many people get stuck. As a matter of fact Robert Kiyosaki said the S could also stand for sycho because too many of these people won’t expand because they think no one can do the jobs as well as they can. Those who build wealth work t surround themselves with people who can do the job better than they can. This quadrant is full of people like real estate agents, lawyers, doctors, painters actually anyone who has to show up and do the work to get paid. The best brain surgeon in the state is literally out of business when on vacation and not cutting a brain. The best attorney in town is not making money when not working with clients. So these people in reality own their own jobs. As I stated many people are just fine with this. For many it beats working on someone else’s schedule.
Those who look to amass wealth will work hard to get through the S Quadrant and into the B Quadrant as fast as possible. It is in the business or B Quadrant that time frames are collapsed and by taking advantage of leverage. Money is earned on the efforts of many rather than just one individual. That is the reason J. Paul Getty said, “I would rather earn 1% off a 100 people’s efforts than 100% of my own efforts”. The power of multi level marketing or network marketing is that it allows a person to hold on to the security of their jobs while building a legitimate business in their part-time. Those who are serious about building a business and enjoying all the rewards of business ownership will do well to read both Rich Dad – Poor Dad and Cash flow.
Remember a business owner is someone who owns a system. The system runs the business and people run the system.
